Ariel was honored at the Department of Science for a$900 scholarship she was awarded. Recently we received in the mail that she will get the Banfield scholarship of $5000 as well this year. Not bad for a day's work. Keep up the good work, Ariel!
She was also invited to be on the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Love-Bird team held at Wood Middle School. She stayed the night and Jake and I went home. Ali raised the most money.
Every Friday Ariel volunteers at an animal rescue/refuge, Chintimini. She loves it and comes home with stories of owls, hawks, a goose, racoons, a fawn and the like.
